Terms of Service

Transparent, fair, and rigorous terms governing your reservations, doorstep inspection rights, and horological warranty with Time Trove BD.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our digital vitrine, submitting an order reservation, or corresponding with our concierge desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Protocol.

Order Reservations & Telephonic Confirmation

Submitting an order through our storefront records an Atelier Reservation Request. Because our pieces are individually inspected and calibrated, a binding contract of sale is established only after our concierge team telephones you directly to verify:

  • Stock availability and movement inspection clearance.
  • Patron identity, delivery address, and delivery timeframe.
  • Applicable delivery fee or complementary white-glove courier status.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation request in the event of pricing errors or failure to establish verbal telephone contact.

Pricing, Currency & Payment

All prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Payment is executed via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon physical inspection at your door, or via verified digital payment (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) upon mutual alignment with our concierge prior to dispatch.

Doorstep Inspection Rights & Acceptance

Patrons maintain the express contractual right to open the courier parcel and physically inspect the timepiece, caseback, dial, and presentation casket before handing payment to the delivery agent.

Handing payment to the courier constitutes formal acceptance of the exterior aesthetic condition of the piece (absence of scratches, intact sapphire crystal, and complete presentation box). Subsequent claims are governed by our warranty policy.

12-Month Atelier Calibre Warranty

Every timepiece supplied by Time Trove BD includes a 12-month mechanical movement warranty covering internal caliber defects, timing irregularities, and manufacturing flaws under normal, considered wear.

  • Warranty Exclusions: Accidental drops, shattered crystals, unauthorized third-party case opening, cosmetic strap wear, and water ingress caused by failing to ensure the winding crown is fully locked.
  • Water Resistance Notice: Timepieces rated 5 ATM are designed for daily exposure (rain, hand washing, splashes). They must not be worn during hot showers, sauna sessions, or deep diving.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The names "Time Trove BD", the horological "T" dial monogram, website layout, original product photography, and text content are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
