The Doorstep Inspection Protocol (Our Signature Guarantee)

We reject blind e-commerce. When our white-glove courier arrives at your residence or office anywhere in Bangladesh, you are expressly invited and encouraged to open the outer protective packaging, unbox the presentation casket, and inspect the physical timepiece in your hand prior to handing over payment.

Examine the dial symmetry, the bevelled case polishing, the sapphire crystal reflection, and the metallic warranty card. Only when you are completely satisfied with the authenticity, aesthetics, and flawless condition of your selection do you finalize the Cash on Delivery (COD) transaction.

Nationwide Delivery Horizons & Timelines

Time Trove BD dispatches insured consignments across all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our trusted logistics partner, Steadfast Express, as well as dedicated private couriers within Dhaka.

The exact model reference and dial colorway selected.

Your preferred delivery day, time slot, and delivery address.

No parcel is dispatched without prior verbal alignment with the patron.

3-Day Return & Exchange Privilege

If upon receipt you determine that an alternative model or dial variant would better suit your collection, Time Trove BD offers a 3-day return and exchange window from the date of recorded delivery.

Condition Requirements: The timepiece must remain unworn, unblemished, with all protective sapphire and caseback plastic films intact, accompanied by the original piano-lacquered presentation box, linen certificate, and titanium warranty card.
Exchange Process: Simply message our WhatsApp concierge at 018 48 50 04 50 with your order number. We will arrange a reverse courier pickup and dispatch your desired alternative.
